How we became who we are

Back in 2017 two passionate entrepreneurs founded Hybrid IT Solutions. They believed that they could create the company they had always dreamed to work in. Even though only one of them is Dutch, and the other Serbian, they both knew the Dutch market well and saw many posibilities to skyrocket Dutch businesses by creating custom software.

The founders, Guy and Djordje, discovered a great match between the Dutch and Serbian culture and way of working. They selected the most skilled individuals to work with them in both Serbia and The Netherlands and a reputation and client network in The Netherlands was built.

As time passed, all Hybrid professionals came to know The Netherlands as if it was their own home country. Because of their regular visits to Dutch clients, they know where to go, to eat, to do sports and to enjoy some bitterballen and Heineken. Apart from that, they love working together in a relaxing and inspiring work environment, doing their best to always find the ideal solution for their clients!
