Talent Acquisition Specialist (Banja Luka)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full – cycle recruiting. Talent Acquistion responsibilities include sourcing candidates trough various channels, but primarily LinkedIn, planning the interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with hiring and department managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determining selection criteria
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions’s requirements
  • Sourcing potential candidates trough online channels (primary LinkedIn)
  • Planning interviewing and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Organizing tech interviews
  • Assessing candidate information, including resumes and content details, using our ATS
  • Fostering long-term relationship with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Communicating with sub-contractors
  • Participating in 1 on 1 conversations
  • Organizing feedbacks with colleagues after 3 and 6 months
  • Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in IT industry (at least 2 years)
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands – on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of ATSs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Psychology / Human Resources Management or relevant field
